White Out!

There's so much trends going around the world like now that sometime you don't know  where to go or what to follow but here's any easier way out of the clutter: wearing white on white and, more white. You don't need to pull up big bills from your wallet to follow a celebrity to pull the look off; this is something you won't even think twice to purchase it. I got the H&M crop top and Forever 21-inspired high waisted shorts from FAIRE FUSION and you wouldn't believe how much it costs.  I'll give you a hint: It's not even half the retail price. And, I just want to keep it minimal so I accessorized my look with a nice handmade necklace from PINK OUTSIDE THE BOX & rings from Forever 21. To preserve the monochromatic style, I went for a white open-toe block heel sandals with a little color of black from HUEMANILA

Just a reminder, make sure the shades work together. Ask yourself, does one white look so bright that it makes the other almost look dirty? Be mindful how your whites work together.

By the way, I decided its time for a change. No more blonde ends and sticking to a simple and sophisticated bob look.

Blue Sunday Dress

Last Sunday, I decided to wear a blue dress. I'm not really the type who would wear a short dress because I'm pretty conscious with my battle scars from volleyball. However, this color really caught my eye when I saw it. I had this piece hanging in my wardrobe for a long time so I finally decided to wear it on a special day. Matt & I usually like to wear matching clothes during Sundays to church so he pulled of those nice Zara long sleeves from his closet that pretty matches my dress.

After church we had to drive all the way to BF Homes, Paranaque for my nephews 4th birthday party so I just kept my outfit simple: CERTAIN THINGS blue dress, waist belt and block heels sandals. Accessorized my outfit with ASHBY bag, FRANZL BAJADA customized earrings and Forever 21 ring.

Coffee Break

How's your Sunday going so far? Nice, I hope. Mine is so far so good because it's a sunny Sunday outside the coffee place. Oh hello sunshine & goodbye storm! Today, I'm praying for the people in all the areas that were hit by the storm Mario.

For today's post, I thought of posting my outfit inspired by one of the most talked family, The Kardashians. I always go for "comfortable dressy" clothes whenever I'll go to events so I picked out my favorite FOREVER 21 jumpsuit from my closet and added minimal accessories for a classy look. Moschino belt, Forever 21 bangle, EYE KNOW RIGHT two-toned sunnies and KIKAYS BOUTIQUE doctors bag for a perfect finish.

Before I forget, I really have this thing for color GOLD and I want to thank JUST IN CASE MANILA for sending me over a disco gold Macbook Pro Case that comes with matching gold keyboard protector and dust plug ins. <3

Pull out those playsuits or jumpsuit and style them whatever you want. ;-P

Laid Black

Some people make color choices a big deal each day. Do you feel like wearing bright colors or dark colors on different days? The color choices some make have meanings behind it. I guess I'm one of those "mood dressers" as what they call it.

For this day, black is the color to wear but don't get me wrong. I wore black not because I'm depressed but because of the weather. It was gloomy outside when I peeked from the window so I assumed its going to rain and my forecast was right. I'm glad I wore all black going to the event. I don't like the idea wearing bright colors when its raining so hard outside. Do you feel me?

Black is a fashion staple and pretty much go with
everything and that can be worn to a different occasions. This THE URBAN HOUR black jogger pants are a perfect mix of both lazy day comfort and runway ready style.  Just perfect to go to an event on a rainy & lazy day.

Paired the jogger pants with a basic tee from BANANA REPUBLIC.

Adding a pair of block heel sandals made me feel dressed up.

Spiced up my all black outfit with gold accessories. My choices to go with this outfit are FASHION SPICE MANILA chunky chain necklace, THE KIKAY ETC arm candies & VELOCI TIME cruiser watch.

Mixing gold and black is a wardrobe makeover.

Don't get me wrong, I may feel lazy but when I put on clothes like this  but I feel strong, confident & comfortable. It's better to wear my clothes, and not have them wear me.
