Scarf on A Windy Day

Hi guys! It's been awhile since I posted an outfit because I've been really busy getting things together at my new place. So, it's already rainy season here in the Philippines and the weather here is bipolar so you don't know if it'll rain or not. In that case I always bring a foldable umbrella and an infinite shawl that fits my bag. Trust me, it comes in handy.

When the wind starts to blow, I just have to put out my IMPRESAFASHION shawl, plus sometimes it's fun to wear shawls because it can add some color and vibe to your outfit. Having an infinite shawl is so convenient because you can style it in so many ways and it can change your outfit style in instant; like from Bohemian look to work-look. For my outfit, I wore an H&M white tank top paired with ripped boyfriend jeans. What I love about jeans is they don't go out of style and they are easy to pair with. A cute pair of boyfriend fit can create a laid-back attitude for everyday wear. In addition,  some of my favorite accessories like the OLD GOLD VINTAGE sunglasses, VELOCI watch, GUESS bag,  Forever 21 bangles & earrings and TRES SHOES PH sandals to complete my look. 

Always go for comfort and minimum effort while still trying to look fun everyday this week.

Keep Your Head Warm & Peppers Cold

Sorry for the late post of this outfit because I was really busy working and preparing for a volleyball league, Philippine Superliga. I collaborated with Shuttered Realties by Raniel Fernandez. Drop by his Facebook page for his wonderful works.

Fun fact about me, I have tons of joggers or trousers inside my closet. I think it's a must-have piece in your wardrobe if you're not a pants person like me. Who says good style can't be comfortable? The beauty of jogger pants lies is twofold. First, they are basically dressed-up sweatpants, meaning you can wear it both at home and out of the house, and nobody will judge you. Second, it goes pretty much with everything inside your closet. So, say hello to sports luxe with joggers.

If you don't want to wear real pants, it's time for you to jump on the jogger bandwagon with me.

Go Outdoors

It's that time of the year when the cold weather sends chills to your fingertips and the rain seems determined not to leave the country. Some, of course, make this as a reason to stay indoors with a hot chocolate but others cannot wait to gear up and get outside for an adventure.

Thank goodness waterproof jackets has come a long way in fashion. ALTUM CLOTHING CO. just makes style and comfort meets practicality. I'm not really a type of girl who brings everything inside her bag like an umbrella that makes my "Fleur Reverti" jacket comes in handy.  It's fashionable, practical and comfortable yet affordable for your pockets. It's also a two-in-one jacket. This jacket has both water resistant and a cotton side for both cold and rainy weathers. Awesome beans!

Denim on Denim

Some of you must be wondering how to pair your jean jacket with jeans? Now, that's a tricky one but with the reemergence if the 90s grunge and chambray, denim found its way back in the runway. As what Gap's director of engagement and marketing and public relations Olivia Doyne said, "The trick with denim on denim is to make sure you're mixing up both fabric weights and the washes". For example with what I'm wearing, I paired my MOSSIMO light wash and lightweight chambray Western shirt with medium wash skinny jeans.

The awesome thing about this look is that denim pieces are fun and edu and can be paired with just about everything. On the other hand, however, is that its really tricky to pull off and matching wrong shades can provide a fashion failure of epic proportions.

And, sure, the models look so cool wearing them but for an average woman like me, all I need is to tuck my jeans into my Call It Spring boots and rock the style without looking like a walking fashion faux pas. Jazzed up my jeans outfit with Forever 21 gold hoop earrings with dangling coins and bangles.

Whatever you want to say, denim is going to stay in the fashion trend.

Now try to do denim on denim. ;-P
